Hey, I'm Nick.
I'm a product engineer and I build across the stack.
During my college engineering internships I watched careful design work get lost on the way into code. The engineers building it had no design experience, so they didn't know the work that goes into the details and took them for decoration. I wanted to be the engineer who did, so I switched to a combined computer science and design major. I haven't worked in one lane since.
Over the past four years, I've worked at Greenwood Labs, Mirror, and Fluidkey. Now I'm on Telescope, a member-funded network for curators, where I'm the only engineer.
I live in Denver where I go trail running and camping in the summer, and try to get ~25 days of snowboarding in during the winter season.
